This million dollar historic renovation will transform an abandoned 1850s residential building into a multi-use facility located in the heart of the south campus of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. The Allen House renovation will include a new art gallery, faculty lounge, and offices for the dean of the College of Arts and Sciences-Humanities. Groundbreaking is planned for spring of 2006.
